Customer Support and Service

If you require any assistance please telephone us on 01285 720 640 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. You can leave a message outside these hours.

Stock Availability

We try to keep everything in stock, however this isn’t always possible. If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 2 working days of placing your order. Please email sales@montyandme.co.uk or telephone us on 01285 720 640 to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.

Delivery Time

Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 2-3 days. However, you should allow up to 7 days, especially at busy times. Please email sales@montyandme.co.uk or telephone 01285 720 640 if your order is very urgent.

Delivery Costs

Simply choose a product from the shopping basket, click on the delivery options and choose the service/cost which best suits your needs. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for larger items so a signature will be required on delivery. Please ensure you give a delivery address where this will be possible.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Monty and Me. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us.

Items should be returned within 2 weeks if you would like a refund. The items need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, original packaging. Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 5-10 working days.

Cancellation of an Order

You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 2 weeks to return your order to receive a refund. We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.

Privacy Policy

Monty and Me is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will only use the information we collect about you with your consent to tell you about our products or services. We will never willfully disclose personal information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.

Security

As soon as you enter your credit card details process, every piece of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.

Privacy Policy

Monty and Me is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will only use the information we collect about you with your consent to tell you about our products or services. We will never willfully disclose personal information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.

When you enter a secure area of our site, on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen. To double check this, you can right click on the page and select 'properties' or 'view frame info' from the list which will tell you whether you are secure or not. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address). A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data.

All credit card details are encrypted using 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.
