How quickly will you deliver?

Most items are available from stock, and will be sent out immediately, to arrive with you within 5 working days. Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, there may be a delay but we will inform you if this is the case.

How much will I pay for postage?

Delivery in the UK is £4.95, the maximum charge to send to Europe is £7.95 and for worldwide delivery it is £10.95.

Can I return unsuitable Items?

We are sure that you will find our descriptions of the goods helpful. If this is not the case, you may return them, unused, within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. Please ensure that the goods are packed carefully, so that they arrive back to us in the condition that they were delivered to you and obtain a proof of posting from the Post Office.

Do you have a catalogue?

No, we do not have a catalogue. We are an online retailer with many handmade lines which can vary according to our designers. This means by shopping online you can be the first to see new products as we can refresh and update our stock regularly without the constraints of printing new catalogues that would quickly go out of date.

How do I find products on the website?

Products can either be found by browsing through the departments or you can search by clicking on Search in the toolbar which will give you a quick search box. Just type whatever you are looking for, for example ‘lamp’ and click Search, a list of items will appear.
